Job Title: Full-Time Lecturer

Job Summary/ Purpose:
We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in the Business Administration Department to join this dynamic and highly motivated professional academic team, in line with the ambitious strategic change of our undergraduate programmes. Your role as a full-time faculty member is to focus on academic excellence, and student success, and encourage lifelong learning by working collaboratively with stakeholders to support the mission of the institution.
You will ensure the quality and integrity of the institution’s academic programmes through teaching and learning, professional development, and service. You will demonstrate collegiality, good citizenship, and commitment to serve the school. We are especially interested in applicants who, through their research, teaching, and/or service will contribute to the diversity and excellence at BlueCrest University College
Duties/ Responsibilities:
• Preparing and delivering lectures, and tutorials and ensuring students acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• Developing curriculum and course material that can be used across several platforms as well as meet academic standards.
• Make use of current technology, collaborating with other lecturers to improve teaching and learning methods and expand their knowledge base.
• Prepare, evaluate, and grade assignments and exams under the Institution’s assessment policies. Also, provide constructive feedback to facilitate students’ growth and improvement.
• Conducting research and writing papers, proposals, journal articles, etc. as required.
• Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, seminars, training opportunities, and other events in and outside of the institution.
• Supervise the research of undergraduate
• Apply for grant funding and manage, as appropriate, any grants which are secured.
• Providing mentorship and support to students and other colleagues.

Qualifications Requirement:
- Possess at least MPhil with specialization in Human Resource Management or Banking and Finance or a closely related academic area;
- Have a strong research background and professional experience;
- Have at least four years of teaching experience at the university level;
- Have carried out research and published articles in the relevant area in peer-reviewed journals; and
- A keen interest in industry innovation trends impacting the workplace and entrepreneurship is desired.
